Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority and Keolis MHI marked five years of their metro and tram operating partnership. In 2025, the two systems achieved a 100% score in the International Customer Experience Standard assessment, the highest score recorded nationwide under the version applied, WAM reported.
Keolis MHI took responsibility for operating and maintaining the Dubai Metro and operating the Dubai Tram in September 2021 under a 15-year contract. The agreement comprises nine base years and six renewable years.
RTA figures reported by WAM show customer experience scores of 92.2% in 2023, 96% in 2024 and 100% in 2025. RTA and Keolis MHI have also upgraded station escalators; in July 2026, RTA completed work on 262 escalators, or 63% of all escalators in Metro stations.
