Story details

Allegiance Resources says it has applied for approximately 1,657 hectares of mineral claims around Five T’s near Revelstoke, British Columbia. The 22 October release describes an expansion of its proposed tungsten land position rather than a completed acquisition of all the ground.

The company’s separate purchase agreement covers Thanksgiving, Five T’s and Rio Grande, together approximately 1,905 hectares. If the new claims are confirmed and registered and that acquisition closes, the combined holding would reach about 3,562 hectares, around 87% larger than the purchase package alone.

Allegiance said direct staking required no new share issue, payment to a third-party vendor or underlying vendor royalty. It also said the newly applied-for area has not been systematically explored. The planned purchase still requires completion and acceptance of a technical report, Canadian Securities Exchange acceptance and other closing conditions. Larger claim coverage consequently does not establish a mineral resource, economic deposit or mine-development decision.
