Azerbaijan publishes its 2026 statistical indicators yearbook
The State Statistical Committee released a yearbook covering the country’s socioeconomic, demographic and environmental indicators. It says the compilation draws on enterprise reports, household and individual surveys, and other statistical observations.
Azerbaijan’s State Statistical Committee said on 2 October 2026 that it had published a new edition of the yearbook “Statistical Indicators of Azerbaijan.” The agency describes the publication as a compilation of key indicators characterising the country’s socioeconomic, demographic and environmental situation.
The committee says the data are compiled from statistical reports submitted by enterprises and organisations, sample surveys among households and individuals, and other statistical observations. The announcement does not provide a new value for any individual indicator; the electronic yearbook was made available on the agency’s website.
INSEE data for 2022 put the share of the region’s most polluting car classes at 29.8%, rising to 48.7% among car-owning households with the lowest incomes.
INE reported that the index fell 1.8% from the preceding quarter in the fourth quarter of 2026. The balance of firms expecting favorable conditions narrowed to 5.7 points.

Measurement and privacy details
Google Analytics measurement starts only if you allow it. After consent, automatic measurement may cover scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, video engagement, site searches and basic form interactions; search terms may be detected from URL parameters. This site’s own code does not send form field values; email redaction in automatic measurement is best-effort, not guaranteed. Our manual page-view event uses a cleaned URL. You can change your choice later. Visits that begin with consent may also send numeric LCP, INP and CLS performance measurements after Analytics loads. A first or later grant starts this on the next page load; withdrawing consent stops these performance reports for this page. The preference cookie lasts six months; advertising measurement and personalization stay off.
