Story details

Azerbaijan produced agricultural goods worth 10,057.4 million manats at current prices in January-August, the State Statistical Committee reported on September 11. The physical volume of output was 2.6% higher than in the same period of 2025. Crop production increased 3.1%, while livestock production rose 2.0%.

The committee put crops and livestock at equal 50.0% shares of total agricultural output. The cumulative growth rate eased from 2.8% in January-July to 2.6% through August, a slower year-to-date increase rather than evidence that monthly output fell. The release presents separate physical indicators for individual products, but its headline figures do not constitute a national supply forecast or an outlook for the next season.
