The Nadara award covers early concept work.
Aker Solutions’ July 15 release reports a Nadara electrical-infrastructure study award to Entr and Unitech for the proposed 1.8 GW Bellrock development offshore Scotland.
The work is not EPC for the entire wind farm. Concept assessment needs to compare connections from offshore generation through to the onshore network. Choosing one equipment item cannot resolve cost and consenting requirements across the whole transmission chain.
