Story details

White Gold Corp. reported the first 2026 drilling assays on 20 October from the Golden Saddle and VG deposits at its White Gold project in Yukon. Hole WHTGS26D0219 at Golden Saddle intersected 38.08 metres grading 1.47 grams of gold per tonne from 397.12 metres depth, including 7.88 metres at 5.13 g/t and 2.88 metres at 10.48 g/t. The company said the intercept extended the high-grade core about 50 metres westward.

At the VG deposit, hole QV26-026 intersected 18.90 metres grading 2.53 g/t gold from 172.1 metres and extended drilled mineralization to about 320 metres down-plunge. The company did not announce a new resource estimate for intervals beyond the current model, and assays for 49 additional holes remained pending. These are drill-core intervals and should not be treated as an economic resource, reserve or operating result.
