The UAE Ministry of Finance said its second five-year Sovereign Retail T-Sukuk was listed on Nasdaq Dubai and began secondary-market trading on 2 October 2026 after subscription, allocation and settlement were completed. The subscription window ran from 23 to 28 September. Investors can buy or sell through authorised brokers; the ministry said market makers and liquidity providers would support continuous order-book execution.

Subscription orders totalled AED 285 million, about 5.7 times the target issuance size of AED 50 million, according to the ministry. Retail investors subscribing AED 10,000 or less accounted for 75% of applications, UAE nationals represented 69% of demand, and participants came from 110 nationalities. Women accounted for 17% of invested capital, while nearly half of unique subscribers had also joined the inaugural tranche. The ministry said the instrument has a five-year tenor, semi-annual profit distributions and a minimum investment of AED 1,000; the announcement reports subscription demand and terms, not realised investment returns.
