Story details

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) reported net profit after tax of AED 10.296 billion for the first nine months of 2026, up 27% from a year earlier. Its earnings release, dated 22 October, put profit before tax at AED 11.670 billion, up 28%.

The third quarter alone generated AED 3.559 billion in net profit after tax, an increase of 15% year on year. That quarterly figure is part of the nine-month total and should not be added to it.

ADCB reported nine-month operating income of AED 18.306 billion, up 10%. At 30 September, net loans were approximately AED 469 billion and customer deposits AED 558 billion. These are balance-sheet positions on that date, rather than income earned during the period.

The figures come from the bank’s own earnings announcement. They describe one lender’s performance in the United Arab Emirates and do not establish that every part of the economy is growing at the same rate.
