The UAE’s National Program for Artificial Intelligence and National Program for Coders concluded the eighth UAE AI Camp in September 2026. Organisers said the camp website received more than 10,000 applications for sessions and workshops. Over two weeks, it delivered 16 specialised workshops with 11 strategic partners.

The activities included sessions for students and a Future of Transport Hackathon, alongside practical learning for people at different levels, including students, employees and small-business owners. Across all editions, the camp has attracted more than 44,000 participants, according to the organisers. The application count records interest in this edition, not the number of people who attended or completed training.
