Equinor’s award covers leak detection and virtual flow metering.
SLB announced on September 16 that Equinor awarded monitoring work for Johan Sverdrup Phase 3 offshore Norway. Scope includes real-time leak detection, virtual flow metering and digital production surveillance.
Olga Online coverage will extend to new wells, multiphase flowlines and subsea infrastructure. Implementation is planned before production from the new facilities. SLB will support delivery, commissioning and long-term operation; no contract price was disclosed.
