Story details
Aeroflot and three Rostec companies signed a contract in September for delivery of 90 MS-21 passenger aircraft and after-sales services. According to Rostec, deliveries are scheduled from 2029 through 2032; the agreement also covers flight simulators, crew training and after-sales maintenance, in addition to the aircraft.
This contract is separate from Aeroflot’s initial 18-aircraft order signed in 2023. Rostec said the new agreement, combined with those earlier aircraft, will provide technical support for all 108 MS-21s for 22 years. The announcement reports a signed contract; delivery of the 90 aircraft remains planned for future years.
