Story details
Rostec’s Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern (KRET) presented a new 240 kW version of its Fora electric-vehicle charging station at the INNOPROM Belarus exhibition, held in Minsk from September 30 to October 2. The manufacturer says the station can charge three vehicles at once and an intelligent system distributes available power among them. Rostec says a full charge can take up to 50 minutes; actual time depends on the vehicle battery and operating conditions.
The station was developed by the Ryazan State Instrument-Making Plant. The company says the new layout expands safety features, including automatic fire suppression and water-ingress sensors. A KRET executive said the concern has installed more than 270 charging stations across 30 Russian regions. That station count is the company’s reported total deployment; the announcement does not provide sales, utilization, energy-efficiency data for the Fora model or installation in Belarus.
