Story details
Qatar News Agency reported on 2 September that Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP) had launched its revamped Incubation Program for the Fall 2026 cohort. The cohort began on 1 September and, according to QSTP’s statement, includes 52 startups across 19 sectors: 25 local and 27 international ventures.
QSTP describes the programme as a 16-week path from testing an idea and its feasibility to market entry and investment readiness. The first four weeks cover product-market fit, go-to-market planning, finances and team dynamics; startups selected after an evaluation move into an eight-week incubation phase. A final four-week funding phase is intended to connect investment-ready companies with relevant investors. These are the programme’s structure and participant numbers; they do not mean the startups have secured funding or achieved commercial success.
