Qatar signs host-country agreement for ITU’s 2026 conference
Qatar’s Communications Regulatory Authority said a host-country agreement with the ITU sets the framework for holding the PP-26 conference in Doha. The event is scheduled for 9–27 November, with about 3,000 participants expected.
Qatar’s Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) said on 6 October that Qatar and the International Telecommunication Union had signed the host-country agreement for the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2026 (PP-26). The conference is scheduled at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 9 to 27 November.
CRA expects around 3,000 attendees, including senior representatives from the ITU’s 194 member states and participants from industry and academia. The agreement covers the arrangements for hosting the conference in Doha; the release said preparations are continuing.
The software testing company says it will present services combining human review with model scoring at the 26–27 October event in Dubai. Its announcement provides no independent performance results for the services.

Measurement and privacy details
Google Analytics measurement starts only if you allow it. After consent, automatic measurement may cover scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, video engagement, site searches and basic form interactions; search terms may be detected from URL parameters. This site’s own code does not send form field values; email redaction in automatic measurement is best-effort, not guaranteed. Our manual page-view event uses a cleaned URL. You can change your choice later. Visits that begin with consent may also send numeric LCP, INP and CLS performance measurements after Analytics loads. A first or later grant starts this on the next page load; withdrawing consent stops these performance reports for this page. The preference cookie lasts six months; advertising measurement and personalization stay off.
