Veidekke and Union Residential Development have agreed to establish a partnership for the Sandakerveien 113–119 site in Oslo’s Nydalen district. The project is planned to comprise about 450 homes in several phases; Veidekke will own 25% and Union 75%.

Veidekke will also serve as design-and-build contractor. Its expected investment in 2026 is about NOK 100 million, while total construction revenue over the project’s lifetime is estimated at about NOK 1.6 billion. First sales are planned for 2027 and completion in 2032; construction contracts will enter the order backlog as each phase is awarded.
