The African Development Bank reported on September 17 that it had held training with ICPC for project teams in Nigeria during September. Participants included teams from the Nigeria Electrification Project, the iDICE digital and creative enterprises programme and the Abidjan–Lagos highway corridor.

Training covered procurement compliance, conflict-of-interest management, record keeping and internal controls, including the bank’s proactive review approach. The announcement describes institutional capacity building; it gives no new financing or realized cost savings for the projects concerned.
