Story details
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Justice signed a framework agreement with artificial-intelligence company HUMAIN on September 3 at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. The Saudi Press Agency said the collaboration is intended to develop digital solutions and use data and AI models to improve judicial services and operations.
The stated scope includes digital platforms, advanced AI models and technical integration solutions, drawing on national expertise in data science and artificial intelligence. The ministry said the partnership aligns with its strategy for beneficiary-centred judicial services and aims to improve operational efficiency and judicial outcomes.
The announcement did not identify which court processes would be prioritized, when systems might enter use, whether any decisions would be automated or how much the work would cost. It describes a cooperation framework for developing solutions, not an AI product already deployed in the justice system.
