Applicants enter identification and contact details, including national ID or passport and residence information, then nominate a first-degree relative in Jordan with an active digital identity.

The relative confirms the request through the corporation’s app within 72 hours. The applicant then receives a link to set a password. Petra reported this as an access procedure; the announcement gave no usage figures or service-volume target.
