Invest Qatar and financial-services provider Apex Group announced a partnership on 22 September to strengthen Qatar’s asset-servicing and fund-services ecosystem. Apex plans to establish a regional office on Lusail Boulevard, which the agency described as the first privately licensed financial-services firm in the country’s emerging financial hub.

The collaboration aims to build local capabilities in fund administration, investor services and middle-office solutions, and use Apex’s digital platform to support digital-asset operations and tokenised investment structures. The company also plans training, graduate opportunities and a market collaboration room; the announcement gave no office opening date or investment value.
