iCapital expands regional services after receiving an ADGM permission
Financial technology firm iCapital said it received a Financial Services Permission from ADGM’s regulator, the FSRA. It also broadened Sharia-compliant alternative investment strategies available to eligible investors in the region.
The firm said the permission strengthens its ability to serve clients locally from Abu Dhabi and supports alternative investment offerings to professional investors across the Gulf. The expanded strategies involve Aditum, a specialist in Islamic investment structuring.
According to the announcement, Aditum manages more than US$9 billion in assets. That figure was reported by the companies; access to the investment strategies is subject to eligibility requirements.
Al Rajhi Bank said net profit for the first nine months of 2026 rose 13% year on year to SAR20.87 billion. Operating income also grew 13%, while assets reached SAR1.076 trillion.
Qatar Gas Transport Company reported QAR1.292 billion in nine-month profit attributable to owners through September 30, down from QAR1.313 billion a year earlier. It also said its 40-vessel newbuild orderbook remained under construction.

Measurement and privacy details
Google Analytics measurement starts only if you allow it. After consent, automatic measurement may cover scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, video engagement, site searches and basic form interactions; search terms may be detected from URL parameters. This site’s own code does not send form field values; email redaction in automatic measurement is best-effort, not guaranteed. Our manual page-view event uses a cleaned URL. You can change your choice later. Visits that begin with consent may also send numeric LCP, INP and CLS performance measurements after Analytics loads. A first or later grant starts this on the next page load; withdrawing consent stops these performance reports for this page. The preference cookie lasts six months; advertising measurement and personalization stay off.
Your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal. Analytics is off by default; you may explicitly change this choice here.
