Hitachi and Mission Critical Group (MCG) signed a memorandum on September 16 to jointly develop and cross-sell data-centre solutions. The partnership will combine Hitachi’s HMAX Data Center portfolio with MCG’s modular power-distribution equipment.

Planned capabilities include monitoring, AI analytics, predictive maintenance and energy management. The companies also aim to offer end-to-end systems from high to low voltage and apply digital tools to improve MCG manufacturing productivity; the agreement identifies no specific project contract.
