Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) said on 20 October that gross revenue for the first nine months of 2026 increased 7% year on year to AED18.6 billion. Operating profit before impairment charges rose 4% to AED7.1 billion, while profit after tax was AED5.6 billion. The bank attributed the performance to growth in customer financing and a broader income base.
Total assets increased 3% year to date to AED427 billion, net financing assets rose 10% to AED287.1 billion, and net financing and Sukuk investments grew 6% to AED372.1 billion. The non-performing-financing ratio improved to 2.4%, while the capital adequacy ratio reached 16.5%. DIB also reported AED6.7 billion in sustainable and sustainability-linked financing during the period. The figures describe the bank’s consolidated nine-month performance, not the sector as a whole.
