Story details

A Kinshasa ceremony on 12 September delivered formalisation documents to 537 young entrepreneurs; ACP said the wider second cohort covered 780 businesses across three provinces.

The government presented formalisation as a step toward better business records, training and access to markets. ACP also reported that an earlier cohort had covered 347 entrepreneurs in Kinshasa and Kongo Central. The 537 recipients at the ceremony are therefore a subset of the 780 businesses in the broader second cohort, not an additional total.
