Story details
Planning Minister Guylain Nyembo handed over three completed facilities on 5 October in Songololo and Mbanza-Ngungu territories of DR Congo’s Kongo Central province. The Congolese Press Agency reported that the works were delivered under the Local Development Programme for 145 Territories, known as PDL-145T: Kimpese health centre and the Kunda-Masangu and Gombe-Matadi primary schools.
The Kunda-Masangu school principal said the school has 843 pupils, including 453 girls. The minister called for maintenance of the facilities and faster progress on the wider programme. The report gives no cost for these three works or completion rate for PDL-145T overall.
