DR Congo ministry lists export-reference prices for five minerals
The 5–10 October sheet lists previous and current values for cobalt, copper, tantalum concentrate, germanium and tin. They are official export references.
A 7 October mercuriale published by the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s Ministry of Foreign Trade for the 5–10 October period lists previous and current export-reference values. Cobalt is shown at US$39,086.00 per tonne and then US$38,754.00; copper at US$14,649.30 and US$14,601.60 per tonne; and tantalum concentrate at US$28,365.61 and US$28,353.36 per tonne.
The same sheet lists germanium at US$12,335.75 per kilogram and then US$13,208.56, while tin is US$53,445.00 and then US$53,906.25 per tonne. These are the ministry’s export-reference values for the stated period. They should not be read as current global spot quotations or prices from completed transactions, and the sheet does not support generalising these figures to materials it does not list.

Values were read from the ministry’s official mercuriale images. Each row preserves the sheet’s previous and current reference values; the unit is stated for each commodity.
