The director general of the Authority for the Regulation of Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP), Juan Ted Beleshayi Kasanda, presented his first 100 days in office at a press conference in Kinshasa on 1 October. The authority listed digitising services, strengthening inspections, improving management, reorganising its administration and professionalising staff.

ARSP also said it would support Congolese entrepreneurs’ access to markets and finance and implementation of the local-content framework. The release is an account of institutional priorities; it does not announce a specific financing product, new law or measured outcome.
