The value of construction work performed by enterprises in Azerbaijan reached 14.449 billion manats at current prices in 2025, compared with 14.2577 billion in 2024, according to the State Statistical Committee’s “Construction in Azerbaijan” yearbook released on September 30. That is a nominal increase of about 1.3%. The yearbook presents a 2000-2025 series.

The number of apartments commissioned in residential buildings was 37,400 in 2025, compared with 25,900 in 2024. Apartments built using the population’s personal funds accounted for 25,400 and 11,500 of those totals, respectively. Construction-work value is a current-price nominal measure, not an inflation-adjusted or physical-volume index. The yearbook says some historical data may be revised using final statistical reports.
