Aldar and Arada agree an AED15 billion Abu Dhabi development partnership
Aldar and Arada signed agreements for two development opportunities in Abu Dhabi with a combined value of about AED15 billion. The first phase includes a joint venture for a mixed-use community at Seih Sdeirah and Arada’s purchase of three residential plots on Yas Island.
The Seih Sdeirah plan covers up to 1.5 million square metres and is envisaged to include homes, retail and recreation. Arada will lead development and construction management, with the partners jointly branding and selling the community.
The three Yas Island plots total more than 27,500 square metres and have nearly 130,000 square metres of gross floor area. The deal marks Arada’s first development projects in Abu Dhabi; no construction timetable was given.

Measurement and privacy details
Google Analytics measurement starts only if you allow it. After consent, automatic measurement may cover scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, video engagement, site searches and basic form interactions; search terms may be detected from URL parameters. This site’s own code does not send form field values; email redaction in automatic measurement is best-effort, not guaranteed. Our manual page-view event uses a cleaned URL. You can change your choice later. Visits that begin with consent may also send numeric LCP, INP and CLS performance measurements after Analytics loads. A first or later grant starts this on the next page load; withdrawing consent stops these performance reports for this page. The preference cookie lasts six months; advertising measurement and personalization stay off.
