Abu Dhabi delegation advances economic cooperation with South Korea
A delegation led by Abu Dhabi Chamber concluded a visit to the Republic of Korea with representatives from 88 public and private organisations. The programme brought together more than 400 officials, investors, business leaders and institutional representatives from Abu Dhabi and Korea.
The visit explored opportunities in AI, advanced manufacturing, finance, healthcare, energy, water technology, agritech and education. The Abu Dhabi Investment Office signed cooperation agreements with Hashed, Hanwha Life and Kakao Games, while Presight signed two agreements on start-up links and smart-city technology.
A business matchmaking forum brought together representatives of 55 companies for direct meetings. The number of Korean companies registered with Abu Dhabi Chamber rose 5.9% in 2025, while member companies with Korean partners grew 9.2%.
