Qatar Diamond Exchange signs cooperation MoU with Italian bourse
Qatar Diamond Exchange and Borsa Diamanti d’Italia signed a memorandum to build commercial links between their members and support industry standards. The agreement was signed during a jewellery congress in Italy in early September.
Qatar Diamond Exchange (QDE) and Borsa Diamanti d’Italia signed a memorandum of understanding during the CIBJO Centenary Congress, held in Vicenza from 4 to 7 September. Qatar News Agency reported that the agreement provides a framework for cooperation through member introductions, commercial relationships and reciprocal visits.
The parties also committed to initiatives to support consumer confidence in natural diamonds and precious stones and to recognised standards, including the World Diamond Council’s System of Warranties and Responsible Jewellery Council frameworks. QDE said the agreement extends its bourse network into Europe after earlier Asian partnerships; no trade volume or financial target was announced.

Measurement and privacy details
Google Analytics measurement starts only if you allow it. After consent, automatic measurement may cover scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, video engagement, site searches and basic form interactions; search terms may be detected from URL parameters. This site’s own code does not send form field values; email redaction in automatic measurement is best-effort, not guaranteed. Our manual page-view event uses a cleaned URL. You can change your choice later. Visits that begin with consent may also send numeric LCP, INP and CLS performance measurements after Analytics loads. A first or later grant starts this on the next page load; withdrawing consent stops these performance reports for this page. The preference cookie lasts six months; advertising measurement and personalization stay off.
