A benefit concert titled “Night of Karabakh – Lachin” took place in Lachin on September 23. The Karabakh Revival Fund said in a September 25 release that the event was part of the 18th Uzeyir Hajibeyli International Music Festival and featured classical music performances.
At the end of the concert, the Fund and donors presented Lachin with a Yamaha grand piano. The source names performers but gives no attendance total or amount raised. The report therefore records the concert and instrument donation without making claims about economic impact or a measured contribution to the local cultural sector.
Organisers selected the Central African Cultural Centre and the Limete Exchangeur esplanade for the festival’s second edition, which was scheduled to open on 8 October.
Dubai Calendar, the emirate’s official events platform, announced a programme of concerts, comedy and sports for October. The schedule includes Dubai Comedy Festival, running citywide from 9 to 18 October, and several live music performances.

Measurement and privacy details
Google Analytics measurement starts only if you allow it. After consent, automatic measurement may cover scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, video engagement, site searches and basic form interactions; search terms may be detected from URL parameters. This site’s own code does not send form field values; email redaction in automatic measurement is best-effort, not guaranteed. Our manual page-view event uses a cleaned URL. You can change your choice later. Visits that begin with consent may also send numeric LCP, INP and CLS performance measurements after Analytics loads. A first or later grant starts this on the next page load; withdrawing consent stops these performance reports for this page. The preference cookie lasts six months; advertising measurement and personalization stay off.
Your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal. Analytics is off by default; you may explicitly change this choice here.
